The plunger valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, hole holder, dense ring, hand wheel and other parts (as shown in the figure).When the handwheel is rotating, the plunger is driven up and down in the middle of the hole frame by the stem to complete the opening and closing function of the valve.Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and sealing ring in the valve. By adjusting the flange bolts in the gland, the side force produced by the sealing ring compression products is sealed with the middle hole surface of the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger, thus ensuring the sealing of the valve, eliminating internal leakage, and at the same time, the valve opening moment is small, can realize the rapid opening and closing of the valve.Because the sealing ring adopts the new non-toxic sealing material with strong resilience and high wear resistance, it can withstand long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity, so the sealing performance is reliable and durable.
